School's out for summer! ☀️😎

Attached are the important volleyball dates for this summer, along with a workout program for athletes who want to stay active and prepare for the season ahead.

We also encourage players to take advantage of local and regional opportunities to play this summer, including camps, clinics, and open gyms at the YMCA, Bluefield, Emory & Henry, Virginia Tech, and more.

Every opportunity to play helps us continue building a stronger program and culture. Have a great summer, and we look forward to seeing everyone back in the gym soon! 💚🏐

Clinic Opportunity💥📢

We are excited to welcome Coach Dale Casey for a special skills clinic designed for JV and Varsity volleyball athletes.

Coach Casey brings more than 30 years of coaching experience at the club, middle school, high school, and collegiate levels. A former standout player at ETSU, she held the school's dig record for over 25 years and ranked 17th nationally in digs. As Club Director of Tri-Cities Extreme Volleyball for more than 24 years, Coach Casey has helped countless athletes develop their skills and reach the next level.

While participation is not mandatory, this clinic offers a valuable opportunity to receive high-level instruction from one of the region's most experienced volleyball coaches and continue developing your skills before the upcoming season. 💚🐾

Summer Volleyball Update & Reminder 💚🐶

We wanted to share a quick update and reminder for the week ahead!

‼️ Due to early dismissal on Thursday, June 4, we will only have open gym on Tuesday, June 2, from 3:30–5:15 PM. This session is open to any volleyball player interested in JV or Varsity volleyball.

⭐️ We will then take a break from middle school open gym, which will resume on July 14.

Please review the graphic for other important summer dates, and be sure to like and follow our page as we'll be sharing camp information and other opportunities to keep athletes engaged throughout the summer. ☀️

Also, please note that our VHSL Dead Period runs from June 22-July 6. During this time, there will be no coach-athlete contact.
