As we head into the last few weeks of our season, we have a lot of information and reminders to share! This is your last chance so sign up TODAY to get your volunteer fee back!
Parents, it starts with you.
Please help keep the areas around our fields clean. Pick up trash, bottles, wrappers, sunflower seed bags, and anything left behind after games or practices.
Let’s set the example for our players and keep our ballparks clean and safe. If you see trash, pick it up and throw it away.
Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and all family and friends of players: there is NO SMOKING 🚭 OR VA**NG 🚫OF ANYTHING near ANY of the fields at any time including practice, games, and any Little League function this includes in the bleachers, at the picnic tables, in line for the concession stand or under pavilions. This includes ci******es, e-ci******es, chewing to***co and v**e pens. There is also no drinking alcohol while watching your players games and practices! Please remember that not everyone is raised the same way. Some families do not allow smoking around their children. Some people may be allergic to smoke. Some may have medical conditions in which they cannot be around smoke. We have several people who are cancer survivors that want to come watch their players in a smoke-free environment. We also even have players who have battled cancer. If we can smell it, we are breathing it. Little League also prohibits smoking at Little League activities. Please be courteous and go to your vehicle. This doesn’t mean sit behind the backstop of a game and hot box inside your car. Use common sense please!

CONCESSION STAND/VOLUNTEER FEE: 📢 You are running out of time to get signed up to get your volunteer fee back. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE WHEN YOU SIGN UP, SHOW UP! No shows will not get another opportunity to work. Your check will be cashed/fee kept. This makes wait times longer, makes our volunteers more tired and stretched thin. We don’t want your money. We want your HELP!
Also additional days and slots have been added to both locations. Don’t wait to sign up! THE ORIGINAL DATE TO SIGN UP BY WAS MAY 1. WE HAVE GIVEN A WHOLE EXTRA MONTH TO FULFILL YOUR VOLUNTEER TIME!

🚫 CANCELLATION: If you must cancel your shift, please do so a minimum of 72 hours before your scheduled shift! This will allow someone else to (hopefully) sign up for your canceled shift. If you just do not show up, we will cash your check (or keep your payment). There will not be an opportunity to reschedule as we have almost 900 players and a limited amount of volunteer slots!
☔️ RAIN OUTS: If you are scheduled on a date in which we have to cancel due to weather, those games will be made up and it is up to you to reschedule your shift. We cannot control the weather!
✍️ We ask that when you arrive to your concession stand shift location that you make sure you sign in. Without doing that, the system we have put in place will not work. Please do not bring young children with you.
🏁 Once you have worked a concession shift for ALL OF YOUR PLAYERS REGISTERED, we will shred your original volunteer check that was turned in to us at registration. If you paid by cash or credit, when you have completed all of your shifts for all of your players, a check will be issued to you.
📣 Please note that if you have multiple players, the check will not be issued (or shred) until your volunteer hours for all players have been completed!
💰 We will give out all checks at our Heritage Park location located at 12111 Pardee on SATURDAYS ONLY. Why Heritage Park and only on Saturday? Because that is where we have all of our Saturday games and it will be easier for us to keep track.
🥎⚾️ Junior/Senior Baseball and Softball starts next week. Coaches should have already reached out to their players by now.
The parking lot at the Central Campus has been redone. Please follow the arrows when entering the parking lot. Do not park ON THE SIDEWALK! Do not let your children climb on the large rocks that were moved. That is very dangerous! Those will be put back around the dirt enclosure soon.
