Scenes from Saturday PADDLEBOARDING and SUP YOGA on the Hudson.

September schedules always get a little tricky as we all transition from summer to fall, many of us juggling back-to-school events, sports schedules, and other life obligations. But no matter how busy life gets, THIS is where the “to-do” lists and agendas melt away.

Every time we float out onto the Hudson and away from shore, we breathe a little deeper and life feels lighter. Which is why we’ve decided we’re NOT FINISHED YET!
