Tried something new this morning. We decided to skip the gym and do our workouts tomorrow and instead went for a walk/run to the Sponge Docks and around the trail. It was stupid humid but you just can’t beat seeing the bright full moon behind you and the beautiful sunrise in front. It really never gets old. What a great start to the day!

Sometimes the goal isn’t a race or a PR. Sometimes it’s just being able to run because you can. 🥹🏃‍♀️

After dealing with my stupid arthritic foot, being able to get out for a casual run and finish feeling good is something I don’t take for granted.

Hot, sweaty, tired… and still doing a little shimmy because RUNNING FELT GOOD. 😂☀️💦
