Avoid a common mistake people make when doing lunges:
Don't stack your feet in front of one another, but keep them hip width apart. They each have their "train" track in which they stay throughout the exercise.
Lunges are a great exercise to build up your leg strength! They can be a bit harsh on your knees, so be aware of that.
