🚨 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨
We are incredibly proud to welcome Coach Miguel Menendez to the CBU Tampa family as our new Coaching Development Director.
Coach Menendez joins us with an outstanding coaching résumé, currently serving as the Head Coach of Tampa Jesuit Baseball — one of the most respected programs in the country. Coach Menendez has spent his summers leading our CBU Scout Teams, where he has consistently demonstrated the level of excellence we strive for every day.
His baseball knowledge is exceptional, but what truly distinguishes Coach Menendez is his remarkable ability to build and sustain culture — to instill the values, accountability, and identity that transform good programs into great ones. He develops more than ballplayers. He develops young men of character.
In this new role, Coach Menendez will focus on elevating our coaching staff and advancing player development at every level of our program here in Tampa.
This is a significant moment for CBU Tampa, and an outstanding opportunity for our coaches and players to learn and grow under the guidance of one of the finest minds in the game.
