Here we have two of our Team Tampa girls praying together earlier today. Last season, these two didn’t always see eye to eye. Two strong personalities. Two fierce competitors. Two leaders who were constantly testing each other’s patience.

Fast forward to today, and things look a lot different.

Growth happened. Maturity happened. Friendship happened.

Most importantly, God worked.

It’s a reminder that softball is about so much more than wins and losses. Watching these girls learn, grow, and come together is one of the greatest blessings of this journey.

God has a way of fixing things we could never fix on our own.

Wanted to give a shout out and say THANK YOU to the Lady Bombers Watson 2015 team. One of our athletes took a hard fall, and their parents were quick to bring ice and their coaches checked on her.

We compete hard on the field, but moments like this are a great reminder that we’re all here for the same reason—supporting these girls of ours. 🫶🏼

What a weekend!

Our Team Tampa ladies had a few errors today that cost us. That’s okay. Growth isn’t always pretty, and sometimes the toughest lessons come in the losses.

What this weekend did confirm is that we feel really good about the path we’re on. The pieces are coming together; the culture is strong. This weekend in particular proved that we made the right choices.

Proud of these girls. We’ll learn from it, get back to work, and come back stronger.
