After a long tough year, we are back! And with a vengeance!!

As some of y’all may know, I suffered a serious injury over a year ago to the achilles, then the pandemic and it hit a pause on all my gym activities.

Fast forward today and I’ve invested in continuing the grind! This time, no excuses, considering the gym is 10secs from my bed.

Stay tuned, we going bigger and better this year and excited to bring lots of dope content! Hope y’all follow along 💪🏽💯🔥
