Feeling Stuck
Sometimes I hear people saying: “I feel stuck. I don’t know what I am doing wrong. “
We could feel stuck in many spheres of our lives, such as relationships, faith, mental health and physical well-being , school, careers, sports…
Feeling stuck is one of the barriers on our path of growth. By recognizing it, you are already starting a process of removing it. Whatever we are trying to achieve, there will be a moment when might feel stuck, and getting “unstuck” is another process that requires the following steps:
-Visualize your achievement
-Identify realistic goals (SMART Goals and objectives)
-Locate the roots of problems
-Be open to change ( thoughts and behaviors)
-Take small steps towards the change
-Journal or discuss progress ( what’s going well and what not); be ready to adjust
- Celebrate small and big successes.
