Scarcity comes in all shapes and sizes. One of them is this notion that you NEED to “work while they sleep” day in and day out to “get ahead”... But why?! And for what?! If you are unhappy now why should an extra amount of $$$ or material items make you feel better?!

They won’t...
The money will fade.
The possessions will crumble.
The pleasures will turn to pain.
And you’ll be left craving more...
Your cup will still be empty...

This type of scarcity has been preached as “Abundance” by many and I would wager that many of these “idols” of mainstream culture etc at the top are unfulfilled in their day to day lives. They say for you to hustle harder, get ahead and earn more because that is what they tell themselves to feel better. It’s easy to drag others into a nightmare rather than wake up and face the truth... That all of that hustle and work brought them further from realizing themselves...

BE aware of scarcity posing as abundance and abundance posing as scarcity. Learn to discern for yourself what is true and what is not... But by all means do not mix this up. No material possessions can come close to the great path. The void cannot be filled with anything but LoVE. True, unconditional, everlasting LoVE. I am not saying you shouldn’t work hard and build for the future, I’m saying BE aware of how your ego is manipulate by others and then watch it manipulate you into thinking you NEED to do things for material gain that you are not personally aligned with. This should be considered heavily.

One thing I’ve noticed on my own personal growth journey and through observation of clients & others is that even once you are consciously aware of insecurities, limiting beliefs, complexes, doubts etc... it doesn’t mean the work is “OVER”...

On the contrary, now is the time to work THROUGH these issues by rising above them, correcting yourself, and BEcoming the person you consciously know you are.
——
To me this means spending time in reflection daily, in the moment, and when an unaligned action is carried out. This may seem awkward because you might literally stop and admit mid sentence you lied or did something out of character etc but this is the path! The journey inward is only thwarted by our egos thinking the job is done... We must be aware of this trickery!!! The show must go on and deeper we must go to raise ourselves up and change the world by changing ourselves 💫.

It’s time to RE-DEFINE what “SUCCESS” looks like. The old way —> School —> Job —> Family —> Save —> Retire —> Die... is fading away and new consciousness is BEing realized. This post spoke to me because I do not believe in the main-stream way of life and have found a place that inspires me each and everyday to pursue my own MIND | BODY | SPIRIT journey and to change the world by first changing myself. It’s through me happiness will be cultivated and it’s through my actions that I will write my own Legendary story.

P.S. BEcoming more aware of yourself as a coach is not an easy task. It requires humility to relinquish control & admit that you need help! Something I see a lot of coaches struggle with is BEing open to having someone point out blind spots. If you don’t have someone to do this with, start by practicing meditation and DETACHING from your ego to look at yourself objectively. DM if you would like instruction or insight on this. As I sit here reflecting on the month of June so much sticks out to me...

First, I have been give the greatest gift of all amidst great pain. When my dad passed from this world I was awakened to my purpose and have never looked back. The questions I have for him will never be asked in this realm or at this consciousness, but I am grateful nonetheless and continue on my journey to help others awaken their infinite potential & change the world by first changing themselves.
——
Second, I have the most wonderful job on the planet. I get to develop a generation of coaches who are focused on CONNECTION with themselves & others. I get to teach and learn how to “Serve Freely” without constraint and without conditions...

Third, my body is the strongest it’s ever been. I will run my first marathon this month and begin my martial arts journey out here in San Diego.

To have the opportunity to serve at the highest level that I possibly can. To serve all of you. My friends. My clients. My family. Brothers. Sisters. Humans. It is a great honor. I am young. I am still learning. I am here to grow.

How to build your unique “Asset” 🧩(Program) GUIDE as a Coach in the online space... Below will be a series of questions to help you get more clear on what you’re creating. If you want the actual worksheet I use with my clients, comment “I want the secret guild treasure 💎” and I’ll send it to you 🙌.

Step 1: Vision | Mission | Values 🏛
Get abundantly clear on WHY this program has been created, HOW this program will help bridge the gap for X, Y, Z client & WHAT the program is called etc... You should be able to articulate it in 2-3 sentences with CONVICTION.

Step 2: Phases 📕📗📘
1. How many different phases were there in your own “Personal Growth” / whatever growth journey?! How many then should your client be going through and WHY.
2. What did each phase do for you?! What is each phases purpose in the overall VISION of the program etc...?!
3. How long will each phase be in months/weeks?! (Go in depth and analyze how long your journey took etc...) I imagine your program will work itself up to 6+ months (This is what all biz coaches will start teaching in the next year... I recommend doing it now :)). My clients are crushing it offering clients longer term deals with larger deposits up front ✊.

Step 3: Weeks 📅
1. How many weeks will there be TOTAL in the program?!
2. Based on the phases of the program, what will each week be called (This May take some time but be patient and creative. The more on brand it is the more cohesive your message will be!)
3. What is the purpose of each week & what are the objectives of each week of the program?!
4. Reflect on the weeks of your program! Are they in alignment with each phase and the overall VISION of what the program will do for the client?! Everything must be in alignment for full confidence to be realized & the coach must extract their genius into the program for it to be a unique experience!!!

Step 4: Days 🔆
1. What constitutes the main structure for each day of the program?! (For MBS it’s + + my personal mindset/awareness videos etc...)
2. What routine are you looking to build within your clients?! What is “The Way” of your program (habit building...)...

The #1 thing we can all do right now is work on ourselves!!! It’s through our own inner work we will find forgiveness for ourselves and others for trespasses against us.

We all want the same thing... We want peace. We want joy. We want happiness. However in order to have these things we must face ourselves... And that is the scariest monster of them all...

Courage. Compassion. Lead and others will follow. This is a crucial time. Influencers must transition into leaders who are open minded, reasonable, and forward thinking.

We must go deeper as one race and overcome ourselves in order to change the world.

Connection > Conversion is having the foresight to see you’re building a monument (business) 🏛 that will last centuries vs a quick “make money fast” scheme that will leave you empty and unfulfilled. This is the difference between those who passionate and those who are purposeful!

In a market of coaches focusing mostly on conversion, go against the grain. Serve Freely, unconditionally and wholly. Build something that will add to the world, not take from it 💫.

This principle holds true in physically training but also in entrepreneurship. For example today was day 3 of the Legends In The Making Challenge ✨... Pushing 2.5-3 hours on group coaching calls is legit, but the more I do it the more my new threshold/homeostasis for coaching is increased. Doing it for free is the icing on the cake. This is about serving people, building a kingdom 🏰 and Connection > Conversion... Know WHY you’re serving. Serve yourself. Serve others. Serve one world. - TRUTH #1 Service 🙏

Day 2 of the “Legends In The Making ✨” challenge touched on a ton of things mindset wise. However by and large the #1 thing we discussed today with the other coaches was BELIEFS.
——
1. Understanding WHERE your beliefs & limiting beliefs come from?!
2. Identifying whether or not you believe them to actually be true or if you were just programmed to believe them (parents/friends/society).
3. How deep the beliefs are rooted.
——
For example, one of the coaches in the group mentioned today how she is has been working herself into the coaching, mindfulness, yoga space for the last three years but has a “confidence” issue that has led her to thinking she needs lots of fancy credentials to serve people... As we went deeper and deeper it became apparent that a lot of her confidence issues came from the 18 year career as a geologist in which other scientists were CONSTANTLY critiquing, scrutinizing, and competing with her on every little thing she did... What does this mean?!!! It means that a lot of the CRITICISM this coach was feeling over her coaching work was actually stemming from this “learned belief” that she needed to be PERFECT in order to serve others!!!

Personally I have 0 credentials. I have a marketing degree and everything else is self taught. Am I perfect?! NO! But I know I don’t need to be certified to have a conversation with someone that I know will help them in their journey!!!
——
For this coach it was coming into the awareness that she doesn’t need fancy certs to serve!!! She just needs to be aware she’s learned to critique herself through her old job but that isn’t necessarily how she needs to live her new life in the health space!!! She’s breaking free of the shackles of that learned belief and into the abundance of service!!!
——
Coaches. Business peeps. Humans. We need to BEcome more aware of where our beliefs stem from!!! If we don’t work through them and grow through them we will succumb to them and find it extremely difficult to move forward in pursuit of a fulfilled life!!!
——
Don’t let someone else’s or a group of other peoples beliefs hold you back from using your gifts to serve this world!!! Our future depends on YOUR ability to serve 🙏.
