Zumba with MILA! Sunday Zumba @10:15am - Northwest YMCA - Tampa Hi, I'm Laudmila "Mila" Al-Ayoubi and I love teaching Zumba classes. Come join me and you'll see what I mean.

The reason is simple: Every class feels like a dance party! I have no fitness background and I look like a real woman, love handles and all! I just love to move my hips and work up a good sweat. You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. Come try it, I guarantee you will have a blast!

Hello Zumba Friends!! It's been a VERY long time, but just wanted to let folx know that I am still teaching on Sunday mornings at 10:15am at the Northwest YMCA in Tampa AND I also have a new class in Largo at the Ridgecrest YMCA on Saturdays at 11am. Please spread the word.

Hello Zumba Friends!

I know it has been awhile but I have been working hard on the political front.

If you live in Florida please vote No on Amedment 3 on November 6th so we can prevent cuts to education, senior programs and public safety.
