SUSA is your community’s #1 independent, instructional soccer association, entering its 34th consecutive season of play in Tallmadge. SUSA highly emphasizes the importance of teaching proper soccer skills, sportsmanship, teamwork, respect and most importantly, having fun! Not connected with club and travel soccer programs, SUSA’s purpose isn’t to develop elite players or teams. SUSA does not hold
try-outs, and does not place less experienced players in lower divisions. SUSA is for the beginner and the experienced player, where everyone is welcome to play. Teams are set up to be roughly equal in experience and ability. Coaches attempt to provide equal amounts of playing time, with everyone playing at least two quarters per game. Your request for siblings and friends to play together will be honored as much as possible, on a first come, first served basis. SUSA is a no-pressure, low-key activity, where playing the game, not establishing a winning team, is our #1 goal!
