East Carolina Collegiate Classic 2026 | NC State Tournament Recap
Big thanks to ECU Club Disc Golf for setting up and hosting this tournament. We all had a blast.
Despite some tough, rainy conditions, we sent five teams to play in this year’s East Carolina College Classic. In MC1, our A-Team finished in T-4th with a score of-4, and our B-Team finished in 5th with a score of -3. Leading in singles was Coop The Scoop DG with a second place finish, scoring an impressive -3 1000 rated round on Meadowbrook Golds.
In MC3, our C-Team was able to secure the win with a score of -10 in a hard fought four-hole play off against Appalachian State Disc Golf Club . Our D-Team finished in 3rd with a score of -4, and our E-Team finished in 4th with a score of +3. Leading in singles was Joseph Sohacki with a score of -4 on Meadowbrook Purples (960 rated).
This year started off with a bang, and we hope to carry that momentum into our next tournament hosted by UNC in late September.
