Our Alligators are the youngest age group at camp and they rock out their taekwondo class! 💪

Being so young, they have so much energy which is great but can sometimes pose a challenge.
That is why we see their energy as a strength and we teach them when to exert that energy and how to control it! 😁
Taekwondo is all about using our energy, learning complex skills, and understanding what are bodies are capable of- but most importantly it is about discipline and becoming the best and most respectful version of yourself!🥋💚💙
