🥎 WHAT A DAY FOR BATTERY 8U! 🥎

Three games. Two big wins. One heartbreaking one-run loss. And nonstop fight from these girls all day long! 💙🔥

The girls put up 51 runs and 72 hits combined across all three games! 😳🔥

They battled hard in Game 1, came back strong with a shutout in Game 2, then absolutely exploded for 25 runs and 32 hits in Game 3 — including an unbelievable 18-run fourth inning!

Most importantly, they showed heart, hustle, and BIG ENERGY from first pitch to last out. 💪🥎

So proud of how these girls competed, bounced back, and never let up!

Registration is OFFICIALLY OPEN for The Kitchen to Home Plate Charity Pickleball Classic! Join us on October 10 & 11, 2026, at Daniel B. Chaires Park for an unforgettable weekend of high-energy competition, community, and impact.

Touching Home (www.touchinghome.org) is dedicated to empowering young girls through Fastpitch softball—building character, confidence, and leadership on and off the diamond.

Every d**k, serve, and registration fee directly funds essential equipment, clinic scholarships, and mentorship for local female athletes right here in Tallahassee.

The wait is over, and our very first 8U roster is officially set! We are absolutely thrilled to welcome these, fierce, and talented young athletes to the Battery Fastpitch family.

These girls are the future of our program. We can’t wait to watch them lace up their cleats, make lifelong memories, and grow both on and off the field over the coming years.
