🇺🇸🏀 FROM SU VALLEY TO ITALY! 🇮🇹

SuValley’s own peter had the incredible opportunity to represent on the All-American Team in Italy this July with EXACT Sports !

Playing alongside athletes from across the country, the team came together fast, battled hard, and finished their international run 2–1! 💪

But this experience was about so much more than wins and losses. Peter had the chance to learn new skills, compete against different styles of play, put his training to the test, and grow in the mental side of the game. Grit. Discipline. Determination. Learning how to adjust, compete, and keep pushing.

Those are lessons you bring home with you.

From a small Alaska school to stepping onto the court in Italy wearing USA across his chest; that’s pretty dang cool. 🇺🇸🇮🇹

Way to represent Su Valley, Alaska, and RAM basketball, Peter! We’re proud of you and can’t wait to see you bring everything you learned back to the court this season.

What. A. Weekend. 🔥🏀

We just wrapped up an incredible Susitna Valley Basketball Summer Camp, and the future of Ram basketball is looking BRIGHT!

A huge thank you to Coach Ostanik from UAF for pouring into our athletes all weekend. The knowledge, the energy, the skill development, and the grit he brought to the court challenged every player to raise their game.

To every camper: thank you for showing up ready to work. You hustled, competed, encouraged one another, and proved that greatness is built in the offseason.

This is just the beginning.

Now it’s time to take everything you learned, get in the gym, and keep stacking days. Ball season is coming, and we’re not just showing up… we’re showing up ready.

The work starts now.

While his next chapter begins in Arizona, he’ll always have a home here.

Our Su Valley student athletes need this community now more than ever.

With the recent transportation budget cuts, travel support for activities and athletics is becoming a real challenge for our schools and families. Because of that, the Su Valley Booster Club was created to help support our student athletes and their future travel needs in the years ahead.

This Saturday during the high school track meet, we’re kicking off our very first fundraiser with a community car wash. Come get your vehicle cleaned up, support our kids, and help us build something strong for Su Valley athletics.

$10 per car
Donations gladly accepted
Every dollar goes back to supporting student athletes

And honestly… we need people too.

If you’ve ever wanted to help support our students, be part of fundraising efforts, help with travel budgets, volunteer at events, or even serve on the Booster Club board, we would love to have you. Many hands make light work and this community has always shown up when it matters most.

Thank you for supporting our Su Valley student athletes. Let’s build something incredible together for these kids.

GAME DAY. 🐏🔥

Your Su Valley Rams take the court this morning against Tikigaq at 9:30 AM at the Avis Sports Complex.

This is the final game of the season, and what a season it has been. The grit, heart, and determination these boys have shown all year has made this entire community proud.

Coach has led this team with pride, discipline, and belief from day one. That same pride shows every time the Rams step on the court.

Boys, play for each other. Play with pride. Leave it all on that court.

Rams fans, fill those stands and bring the noise. Let them hear Su Valley loud and proud one more time.
