Proud trainer moment 💪🏾
So happy to have these strong ladies back training with Get Right, Get Tight Athletics at Strength & Endurance Academy.

It’s been months since we last trained together, but I’m proud of them for staying consistent and keeping their bodies moving the entire time. Now it’s time to get back right, lock in, and build momentum with a strong Monday partner workout.
