What a weekend for our Indiana Ducks 11U! These boys battled hard, played with grit, and left it all on the field to bring home Runner Up honors at the Luck of the Irish Tournament! 💪⚾

The Indiana Ducks are headed to South Bend this weekend and ready to compete! 💪⚾

Our 10U and 11U squads will be taking the field in the USSSA Luck of the Irish Tournament looking to play hard, support each other, and represent the Ducks the right way.

As the Indiana Ducks program continues to grow, we are excited to begin exploring the addition of a third team for the 2027 season. With that growth comes the search for the right 11U coach to help lead and shape the future of our program.

This is a volunteer position for someone who is passionate about helping develop young athletes both on and off the field.

We are looking for more than just baseball knowledge. We are looking for the right leader to fit the mission, culture, and identity of the Indiana Ducks program.

What we value in a Ducks coach:

⚾ Passion for teaching and player development
⚾ Positive leadership and strong communication
⚾ High character, integrity, and accountability
⚾ Ability to build confidence and encourage growth
⚾ Commitment to teamwork, effort, and respect
⚾ Someone who values culture and family just as much as wins and losses

We believe youth baseball is about building great teammates, strong character, and lifelong memories — not just developing players on the field.

We are building a program that players and families are proud to be part of, and we are looking for coaches who share that same vision as we continue to grow.
