🌎⚽ UESA PLAYERS TAKING THEIR GAME EVERYWHERE!

Summer may mean a break from school, but for so many of our UESA players, it also means opportunities to train, compete, learn and grow.

Throughout the summer in addition to our continued training schedule, our players have participated in camps, ID clinics, academy training opportunities and development programs across the region, the country….and even overseas!

This summer, UESA 2014 players William Charles and Bingneka Mlei took their development all the way to France 🇫🇷, completing two weeks of a soccer internship with AJ Auxerre.

And they made their mark!

🏅 William earned Meilleur Technicien — Best Technical Skills
🏅 Bingneka earned Meilleur Joueur — Best Player

The two also teamed up as an attacking midfield/striker combination in the final tournament, helping their team finish undefeated.

They even had the opportunity to work with former French professional and Mali international Adama Coulibaly.

We love seeing our UESA players take advantage of opportunities like these: stepping outside their comfort zones, experiencing different styles of play and bringing everything they learn back home.

Way to represent UESA, William and Bingneka! ⚽🇫🇷🇺🇸

UESA was well represented at the 3rd Annual Micah’s Mission 3v3 Tournament, with a number of teams taking the field in support of a great cause! 💚⚽️

Congratulations to one of our groups assembled from our UESA 2011 team, who came out on top as Varsity Division Champions! Under the leadership of Coach Damien, the boys battled their way to the title and brought home the championship.

Great job, boys, great soccer for an even greater cause. Proud to see so many of our UESA players out there supporting Micah’s Mission! 💚🏆

As a small club with big dreams, qualifying for the USYS National Championships was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for our players and families. The financial commitment of traveling across the country can be overwhelming, but because of the incredible generosity of our local businesses, community partners, families, and supporters, that burden was eased for so many.

Our Road to Nationals campaign was centered around our commemorative warm-up shirts—shirts our players proudly wore as they stepped off the plane in Utah and continued to wear throughout Nationals with pride, gratitude, and the understanding that an entire community believed in them.

This journey was never just about soccer. It was about what can happen when an entire community rallies behind its young people.

One final battle. One unforgettable week. One incredible team. 💚

Our boys gave absolutely everything they had today in Salt Lake City. After an intense 1-1 match, the National Championship was decided in penalty kicks. It wasn’t the ending we hoped for, but it will never define this team.

From Central New York to the National Championship Final, these boys proved they belong among the very best in the country. They played with heart, represented UESA with incredible class, and gave our entire community something to be proud of.

We’d also like to congratulate Vale SC Newell’s 2012 on your National Championship.

To our players, coaches, families, sponsors, fellow teams within the club and everyone who supported the UESA u14 and u15 boys throughout this incredible journey, thank you. Your support helped make this unforgettable run possible, and an experience of a lifetime for the boys.

Our UESA 2012 Boys have earned their place in the US Youth Soccer National Championship Semifinals and are now just one win away from playing for a National Championship.

After an incredible run through group play, they’ll take on Wesley Chapel Weddington today in Salt Lake City.
