🏈 SYOSSET FLAG FOOTBALL – INAUGURAL SPRING SEASON! 🏈

Syosset Flag Football League — a non-contact, no-blocking league focused on safety, skill development, and balanced teams for boys and girls.

Our league is built differently.

We do not register full rosters or allow stacked teams. Teams are carefully formed to keep competition fair and ensure every player has the opportunity to contribute.

Our rules are designed with younger athletes in mind — especially those still learning to throw and catch — which creates more action, more involvement, and more confidence on every play.

We cap enrollment in each division to maintain balanced numbers and manageable team sizes. If your child plans to play, please register as soon as possible so we can properly structure each division.

We would love to see more boys and girls out on the field this spring.
