Some pull up / handstand action. I'm in a training phase that involves weighted calisthenics exercises for the purpose of increasing power. Here's 7 chin ups with an added plate. I've said it about a million times: Pick something you're good at and find a way to make it harder!

Today knocked out his first few sets of single arm push ups at the END of his workout. It's something he has definitely had the strength and proprioception to do, but had never established the technique. Today he got functional and leveled up! Good work, bro!

1 Arm Push Up Challenge! If you're tagged below, give it a shot. Most people can perform this movement properly at some capacity. It all depends of the variation. If you don't feel ready to knock them out on the flat ground, start on an incline. If it's still too tough to keep form, try it against the wall. We get good at what we do repeatedly, so work on what's challenging but doable and I guarantee you'll be hitting a tougher progression in no time. If you can get reps on the ground, see if you can perform tougher variations like the 2 point one arm push up, one arm fingertips push up or one arm explosive push up. If you have something different or harder, feel free to get creative and expand our options. Get out of that comfort zone and use the hashtag !
