CHAMPIONSHIP GAMEDAY!

Thunderbird Nation, today our MVU Softball team competes for the VPA Division II State Championship!

#4 MVU vs. #3 Rice Memorial
Saturday, June 13th | 1:00 PM
VTSU Castleton — Softball Field
Gates Open: 12:00 PM

Tickets are available through the official VPA GoFan website and on site.

Ticket Prices:
Adults: $10
Seniors: $5
Students/Children under 18: $5

The game will be streamed on NFHS Network. A subscription is required.

Please watch out for fake ticket or streaming links. The only official sources are VPA GoFan and NFHS Network.

CHAMPIONSHIP GAME LOGISTICS — MVU SOFTBALL

Thunderbird Nation, our MVU Softball team will compete for the VPA Division II State Championship!

MVU vs. Rice Memorial
Date: Saturday, June 13th
Game Time: 1:00 PM
Location: VTSU Castleton — Varsity Softball Field
Gates Open: 12:00 PM

Team Send Off:
The team bus will depart MVU at 8:30 AM. Before leaving for Castleton, the team will do a loop around the Village Green with an es**rt.

Thunderbird Nation is encouraged to come out and help send off our student-athletes and coaches as they head to the championship game!

Tickets:
Fans can pre-purchase tickets through the VPA GoFan ticketing website. Tickets will also be available on site.

Ticket Prices:
Adults: $10

Students/Children under 18: $5

Live Stream:
The game will be streamed on NFHS Network. A subscription is required to watch.

Congratulations to our very own Lillianna Fournier on being selected to the 2026 Vermont Women’s roster for the Make-A-Wish Twin State All-Star Hockey Classic!

The game will be held Saturday, June 27 at UVM’s Gutterson Field House, with the women’s game starting at 3:30 PM.

A few highlights this week:

Tonight: MS Sports Awards Night at 6:00 PM in the Commons
Wednesday: #4 MVU Softball travels to #1 Lyndon for the VPA Division II Semifinals
Friday: Graduation at 7:00 PM
Saturday: VPA Division II Softball Finals at Castleton University, if we advance

Please note: Wednesday’s varsity softball game at Lyndon is currently listed for 4:30 PM, but there is still a possibility it could be moved to an earlier time. We will share any updates once confirmed.
