Varsity football players, it is important to register ASAP for Camp SOAR in early July as that is the only way we will have buses for workouts. That time is important for lifting and working installing offensive and defensive schemes. That time is very important to our success.

Congratulations to the Boys Track and Field team for finishing as Region 1B runner ups. The following football players will compete in the state track meet next weekend at JMU; WR/KR Harrison Washington (100, 200, 4x1 relay), WR/CB Rashaun Jones (100, 4x1 relay), RB/DT Malcolm Bivens (100, 4x1 relay, long jump), QB/LB Adam Birchett (110 hurdles, 300 hurdles, 4x4 relay), WR/FS Khy'ion Cypress (high jump), WR/FS Sabien Motton (long jump) and WR/FS Tahlik Briggs (shot put)

7-on-7 scheduled for tomorrow morning at Highland Springs High School has been canceled. Workouts will resume Tuesday for all football players not competing in the Regional track meet
