8/28/2026 penncan speedway championship night recap.

Nate would fight issues all night long, chain popped in hot laps. We tore the car apart replaced rear sprocket, gear and chain got it back together for the heat. During the heat he would fight electrical issues. Diagnosed that and thought we had it fixed for the feature. He would start 12th, while battle for 7th or 8th a car would spin in front of him. No where to go he made hard contact and the front axle snapped. Bent a bunch of bars. Ending his night.

Joey looked decent in hot laps. Would roll out 4th for the heat and the car did not like the track. He would finish 5th. Missing the handicap. We made some changes after the heat and boy did it work. He would fire from p9 for the feature. He was very patient in the beginning until it was time to turn the wick up. He would drive it up to a solid 3rd place finish. Definitely think we had something for the first 2 cars just ran out of laps.

We will see everyone in 2 weeks for king of the can.

🏁championship night is here!🏁
The 2026 season has been great to us and it all comes down to tonight, joey sits third in points with Nate not to far behind in 5th. Both drivers are statistically too far out to win the championship but a race win would be a nice end for the regular season. As of right now the Nate has one win with Joey having two.

Unfortunately we are all dressed up and no where to go.

Racing cancelled for 8/7/26. All of the models seem to agree the rain is coming right at race time. The Waymart Warrior Tribute race will move to next Friday alongside the Sportsman Showdown! Stay tuned for some big news at 4pm!

7/31/26 recap.

Well Friday was definitely a weird one, our dad was absent as he had work but that didn’t slow us down.

Heats:
Nate’s heat he would make the first two laps before a fuse would cut his heat race short
Joeys heat would really show if the new setup we put in worked as he started second and led the first 4 laps before getting passed and falling to third.

Feature: Nate would have to start dead last while Joey started second, off the initial start Joey would get a good run going into one and two and take the lead and would hold on until lap 13 when a caution would come out. He would lose the lead and battle a fast Suzuki for a second place finish with Nate battling all the way to fourth.

Tech : during tech the 1st place car would get disqualified so Joey would get the win. The third place car would get bumped a spot or two for contact early in the race and Nate would finish second.

Another one and two night for the team and it couldn’t be possible with out everyone who helped us including our sponsors.
