Just got back from another wonderful trip up north. Took my old Blue Fin deep v on a 21 hour road trip to Lake of the Woods. Me, dad, my son and our friend Vernon. 304 fish in 5 days. Figured I would share some pics of some highlights. Lots of solid smallmouth and tons of pike. Biggest pike was 36” most averaged 25”. Quit a few 3-4 # smallies with the one pushing 5. All the walleye we caught were over the 17” limit so no walleye fillets came home. I love fishing Lake of the Woods so much it’s hard to describe its beauty to anyone that haven’t experienced it themselves. Hope y’all are catching some fish wherever you are.
