⏩️This weeks session features functional strength, endurance, and postural control!
⏩️The circuit will be performed doing 5 sets for 30 seconds of work with 30second breaks!
⏩️Pace yourself as the breaks aren’t that long!

⏩️ This set of circuits features unilateral exercises which helps with full body strength along with core strength too!
⏩️ Many people don’t recognize how much core comes into play when doing pretty much any exercise!
⏩️ Try to do 4 sets of each 3 exercises workout, 30 secs of work with 30-60 secs of rest!

⏩️This high energy fast paced circuit is meant to be about 5 full sets, our rep range will be around 10-20 so we aren’t going super heavy with our weight!
⏩️Great for a workout with a friend too, try and complete the full workout in under 40mins!

Broad jumps
Kettlebell hand to hand swing

⏩️ Figure out your protein options that best fit you along with your proper carbs and fats

⏩️ Find times of the day that work best for your schedule and lifestyle

⏩️ Pick things you enjoy, and be sure to switch it up to avoid burnout!

💡Remember to enjoy and keep it simple, a routine will take a little bit to get in the swing of things but will be totally worth it!

Alright yall, its time! The Summer Showdown lifting competition has an official date/time! 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟗𝐭𝐡 @ 𝟏𝟐:𝟎𝟎𝐩𝐦 𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐧𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞!⁣⁣

Open to the public along with all age groups as well! It will be your good ole fashion Squat/Bench/Deadlift setting in that same order too, so do your prepping as its just shy of 3 months out! Prizes along with SERIOUS bragging rights to be had!⁣⁣

One thing that is super important is always making sure you’re up to date or at least ‘refreshed’ when it comes to Fitness and Nutrition! 💪🏼🥬

As the years go on science has gotten better and more in-depth and so has our knowledge of what is actually better for us on the inside and out when it comes to working out and eating!

It’s important to always stay up to date on what’s changing through the years whether it be for yourself and your body or someone you may know, or just things you may be curious about in the world of Fitness & Nutrition, or general healthy living habits at the very least!

With that being said I try to get at least a few hours in at the very least here and there in a handful of different topics!

Don’t be afraid to crack a book open or read an article! That doesn’t mean TikTok or some social media influencer either! Try to go for sources that are for non-profit, .edu, or .org with actual backed info! 👊
