Why don’t you offer more classes?

In addition to the studio, I work a full-time job that is separate from the studio. Yes, it’s WFH and of somewhat flexible, however, I don’t want to burn myself out. I love both of my jobs and in order to maintain some semblance of balance, I offer a limited number of classes each week.

Pilates was not created for aesthetics, it was created for recovery, rehab & function. Pilates helps you live a better life and do the tasks & activities need and want to do.

💪🏻 I have one reformer class spot available on Wednesdays at 4:30pm weekly/regularly.
