Hey all! I apologize for the inactivity...it was a crazy month of COVID testing and self-quarantining so we could visit parents for the holidays along with work being insane due to vaccine planning and rollout so I have just been physically and mentally exhausted. These are the times when I should have been working out so I could have those endorphins give me a boost but I gave in to the laziness. 😆 So I’m not ready to teach/record classes yet but I wanted to share an awesome FREE event that is available to everyone...24 hours of Zumba classes!!! Hi all! I’m feeling a bit worn down so I’m not going to have a live class tonight. But to thank you for your support and to help with any overindulging you might do for Thanksgiving 😉, the prerecorded class will be free for the rest of the week. Hey everyone! I apologize for the lack of communication the last 2 weeks. Work and home has been very hectic. I won’t be able to livestream tonight so for the regular participants, I will share my prerecorded class code. Look in your messages.

I have been working on several new songs but just have not had the chance to record them. 😩 But I will try my hardest to catch up and get the new classes posted soon. Thanks for your patience and continued support!

If you are comfortable with and prefer in-person classes, there is now an evening Zumba class at the Fitness Center on Thursdays at 5:00 pm with Sonja! She also teaches the usual Monday mornings at 8:00 am.

So even though Shaw Fitness Center is not paying me for virtual classes, I am going to keep teaching once a week on Wednesdays...for my sanity and for my health. ☺️ Most Zumba instructors charge $5 a class but similar to my prerecorded classes, I am just charging $5 for the month (pay for any class and I’ll send you the codes for the rest). I hope you will join me!
