📣 Volunteers Needed for Friday Night Football! 🏈
The ARABC is looking to expand our role at Varsity Football home games and create an even better experience for our members. To make some exciting new ideas a reality, we need more volunteers!
While anyone is welcome to help, we would especially love to hear from parents who do not currently have a Varsity football player or cheerleader. We believe parents should have the opportunity to enjoy watching their athletes compete on Friday nights.
We are currently looking for volunteers for the following positions:
🍔 Pre-Game Tailgate Meal
This was a member favorite, and we'd love to bring it back! Volunteers would help with setup, serving, and cleanup. You would likely miss the first quarter of the game.
🎟️ 50/50 Raffle (Select Home Games)
We're looking for a few outgoing volunteers to sell raffle tickets before the game and throughout the crowd prior to halftime. All proceeds will go toward new equipment for the weight room, benefiting all AR student-athletes.
🚗 Parking Attendant
Help oversee our reserved parking area by assisting student volunteers and distributing parking passes as needed. You would likely only miss part of the first quarter.
🏚️ Swamp Shack Volunteer
A great opportunity for someone already planning to attend the game! You'll assist our Swamp Shack Chair with sales before and during the game. While you won't be able to watch every play, you'll still be right in the middle of the game-day atmosphere.
🎈 Pregame Tunnel
Help inflate, set up, and take down the tunnel our athletes run through before the game. You'll need to arrive early, but you'll be able to enjoy most of the game once your duties are complete.
🏈 Sideline Chain Gang
This role is perfect for someone who can stay calm, focused, and respectful while working from the visitor's sideline. You'll help move the chains and first-down markers throughout the game. It's a commitment for all four quarters, but it may just be the best seat in the house!
✅ All volunteers will receive complimentary admission to the games they work.
