Meet the Gonzales family, our June Family of the Month! 🌟

Kerri and Junior were searching for a program where Lennie could get out, socialize, and build strength. Their search brought them to The Little Gym of Summerville, and we’re so glad they became part of our family! The Gonzales family — Mimi included — are truly a joy to have in our community. ❤️

When Lennie first started classes in August 2025, she was not yet crawling. She would “bum shuffle,” then gradually developed the skills to stand, and later progressed to walking and running!

Lennie loves exploring around the gym and trying new skills. But when she hears, “It’s time to learn a skill today,” especially on the bars, she’s always ready to demonstrate for the whole class! Hanging on the bar independently is her absolute favorite.

Lennie has truly grown into a confident, strong, and independent young girl, and we are so proud of her progress!

We look forward to seeing Mimi and Lennie at the gym every week! They are loving, kind, and always know how to give the warmest welcome. We’re so grateful to have them with us! 💙

Meet the Miller Family—our 🌟 May Family of the Month! 🌟

The Millers have been part of The Little Gym family for years! Back in 2020, Nicole was searching for a mommy-and-me class and found TLG—her older daughter jumped right in and loved every minute. Fast forward to 2025, when The Little Gym of Summerville reopened under new ownership, and this time little sister Hazel got to join the fun!

Hazel loves coming to class each week. From her favorite instructors to all the exciting equipment, she’s always ready to jump in—especially on the balance beam (her absolute favorite! 💛). She loves TLG so much, she’s even celebrated her last two birthdays with us 🎂

Nicole has loved watching her girls grow in confidence, build social skills, and develop strong motor abilities—all while learning important life skills like taking turns, being patient, and following directions (and having so much fun along the way!).

And the excitement isn’t over yet… baby sister Nora will be joining us soon, and we can’t wait to welcome her into the fun! 💕
