District 2 Little League Challenger Division The goal of the Challenger Division is to allow any child in a community to participate in Little League regardless of ANY challenges that they may face.

The Challenger Division was established in 1989 as a separate division of Little League to enable boys and girls with physical and mental challenges to enjoy the game of baseball. The Challenger Division is a non-competitive program where everyone leaves the field a winner. Outside of the benefits, fun, and skills that the baseball experience provides, the league has a proven history of being ther

apeutic. A few of the goals of the league are to improve socialization, strengthen self-esteem, learn the disciplines of teamwork, and actively partake in sportsmanship and fair play. We teach so much more than just the fundamentals of the game!
