Calling all Summertown Elementary 2nd and 3rd grade girls that want to take their basketball skills to the next level. We play TVBA in the fall and travel in the spring. If your daughter is interested please contact me 931-279-0410. We will be conducting open practice/tryouts tonight 9/11/23 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. & Friday 9/15/23 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. @ Mars Hill Baptist Church Gym. We are looking for 4 more players to fill our roster.

Open Practice/Tryouts Thursday 5:00 P.M. - 6:45P.M. 3rd grade TV A basketball out of Summertown, if your school does not have a TV A travel team and your DAUGHTER wants to enhance her skills and competition, come on out and let us see what she has. 3rd grade and 2nd grade only please unless you have an all star 1st grader.

These young ladies finished their spring season strong, it wasn't the result we wanted but lots of improvement has been made. We will be having open tryouts/practices throughout the summer months. If you have a daughter that will be in 2nd or 3rd grade next year and wanting to basketball at the next level, please contact me via messenger or text @931-279-0410 we will carry 10 players into TVBA in the fall.

These young ladies played their first tournament ever this weekend, they battled hard, and worked together. Playing a 3rd grade tournament with a predominantly 2nd grade team 2 - 1st graders and 1 - 3rd grader is hard, however they made necessary adjustments to slow down their opponents scoring efforts, we just could not get many shots to fall. We will try again in a couple weeks and hopefully make a more powerful showing. To say I'm proud of their growth and efforts, is an understatement. The resilience these ladies showed is unteachable. Keep working ladies, we will adjust and conquer.
