Due to the anticipated weather this afternoon and the rest of the week into parts of next week, we are delaying tryouts. The new date will be Saturday, June 27 from 9a to 12p. This will allow an extra couple weeks for those who were still wrapping up seasons to register. Registration is still open and will be up until the day of. All registrations confidential. Pokes 8U came to play ball this weekend, and it paid off. These boys gave it their all, supported their teammates, and never quit. Their hard work and determination earned them a spot in the championship game. So proud of this group.

💥💥💥 UNDER 2 WEEKS AWAY 💥💥💥

While we're preparing for our final tournaments of the 8U season, we're also gearing up for one of the most exciting times of the year—tryouts for next season!

The response we've received so far has been incredible, and we're excited to see so many talented young athletes interested in becoming part of the Pokes Family.

Our entire coaching staff will be returning, and with another year of experience together, we're committed to continuing to improve and expand our approach to player development. Our goal remains the same: helping young athletes build the skills, confidence, and baseball IQ needed to succeed both now and in the future.

Our staff includes:

⚾ Dooley Prince– Former College World Series Champion and standout player.

⚾ BB Prince – A respected instructor who has helped develop countless players throughout his career, including athletes who have gone on to compete at every level of the game, from youth baseball to the Major Leagues.

⚾ Additional staff members with professional playing experience, including former Major League and Independent League players.

We are passionate about developing players, building confidence, and preparing young athletes for long-term success both on and off the field.
