What I eat in a day as a nutrition coach who also has a very real, very busy life.
Here’s your reminder that eating well doesn’t have to mean perfectly prepped meals, complicated recipes, or spending your Sunday afternoon portioning everything into matching containers.
Most days, I’m looking for meals that are simple, filling, and realistic for whatever my schedule throws at me.
I try to focus on:
✨ Getting protein at each meal
🥦 Adding fruits and veggies where I can
🥑 Including carbs and fats that keep me satisfied
🙌🏼 And making choices that work for my actual life—not some “perfect” version of it
Some days are more put together than others. And that’s the point.
You don’t need to eat perfectly to make progress. You need habits you can actually repeat—even during the busy seasons.
If you’re a busy mom trying to take better care of yourself, which one gets you the most?
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks? 👇🏼
