Hero Wod!
In honor of healthcare providers Undivided Athleticshas programmed a home workout in honor of Meagan Jane!

Comment with your score 👍🏼

Every Friday we will be programming a Hero WOD dedicated to a healthcare worker in our community for all of their hard work during this pandemic.
“Meagan”
18 Minute AMRAP
(Ascending by 5’s)
Push Up
Anchored Sit Up
Air Squat (x2)
Meagan has been a part of the Undivided community for years. She is currently a PA at Good Samaritan Hospital in Bayshore, working in the ER. Meg is a former high school track athlete. When she isn’t working in the hospital you can always find her at the gym or at the beach. She is also a competitive CrossFit athlete who has competed on a team at the Granite Games. Her team has also recently qualified for Wodapalooza and the Mid Atlantic CrossFit Challenge.
Meg is always up for a challenge when it comes to fitness. She recently just did a marathon row during quarantine at her house because “she always wanted to try it”. Another fun fact about her is that she has a list in her phone of all the times she’s done 100 burpees for time. The list is definitely a lot longer than you’d ever expect lol.
Meg thank you for all of your endless hard work throughout this pandemic!🙏🏼❤️💪🏼
