I love being the student. Even the most experienced instructors can learn so much from taking classes with other instructors and just listening to the way they cue and choreograph their classes.
I was lucky enough to take class with this inspirational human while on my vacation.

Kristen and I β€œmet” a few years ago over Instagram. I asked her to join my challenge called and she graciously came up with a killer version of the 100 with hand weights. Check out my highlights to see her version and all the other ones.

I really enjoyed using the Allegro 2 machine for the first time and Kristen was so fun and welcoming. She kicked our butts in the nicest way possible!🀣

Happy Sunday friends! It’s still warm in the Northeast but these days are numbered!
The change of seasons always makes me nostalgic. Summer goes so fast, and now that both my kids are in school I really feel the affects of time flying!
Life is good! I am lucky! I needed that reminder today!
