I love being the student. Even the most experienced instructors can learn so much from taking classes with other instructors and just listening to the way they cue and choreograph their classes.
I was lucky enough to take class with this inspirational human while on my vacation.

Kristen and I “met” a few years ago over Instagram. I asked her to join my challenge called and she graciously came up with a killer version of the 100 with hand weights. Check out my highlights to see her version and all the other ones.

I really enjoyed using the Allegro 2 machine for the first time and Kristen was so fun and welcoming. She kicked our butts in the nicest way possible!🤣
