Hey Steel Family & Future Steel Athletes! 🩵🖤

We are officially opening LAST MINUTE IN-PERSON REGISTRATION this MONDAY & TUESDAY! If you’ve been thinking about joining Steel Athletics Cheer, NOW is the time!

📣 ANY AND ALL ATHLETES AGES 8-18 — FEMALES & MALES — interested in cheering for the 2026-2027 season, COME ON DOWN!

Whether you’ve cheered for years, are looking for a new cheer home, or have NEVER CHEERED BEFORE, we want to meet you! Experience is NOT required. We are looking for athletes who are ready to learn, work hard, make new friends, compete, and become part of the Steel Family! 🩵

Monday, August 24th
⏰ 5:00PM-8:00PM

Tuesday, August 25th
⏰ Registration available again for anyone unable to attend Monday!

💰 Registration Fee: $50

We understand that competitive cheer can be a financial commitment, and we want to make this season as manageable as possible for our families. PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE! We are more than willing to work with families to break season expenses into manageable payments rather than everything being due at once.

💵 FUNDRAISING, FUNDRAISING, FUNDRAISING!
We will have MULTIPLE fundraising opportunities throughout the season to help families offset the costs associated with cheer. Our goal is to give our athletes and parents plenty of opportunities to fundraise toward season expenses and make things easier financially! 🙌🏼

During registration, parents will have the opportunity to:

✨ Ask questions about practices & competitions
✨ Receive information about season costs
✨ Discuss available payment plans
✨ Learn about upcoming fundraising opportunities

HELLO STEEL FAMILY! 🩵🖤

We wanted to make a few VERY important announcements regarding our 2026-2027 Season!

First off, if you were unable to attend our Mandatory Parent Meeting but are STILL interested in joining Steel Athletics Cheer — PLEASE still attend our clinics this week! It is NOT too late to become apart of the family, and we would absolutely love to see new athletes come out and join us! These clinics are extremely important and will now serve as our athlete evaluations and placements for the season.

We also ask that everyone PLEASE disregard the original 2026-2027 pricing sheet that was previously posted. Over the last few days, we have been working extremely hard behind the scenes with several amazing parents and supporters of the organization to help LOWER the costs of certain items, adjust payment dates, and make this season as affordable and cost effective as possible for all families involved. We understand that cheer can become expensive, and one of our biggest goals this season is to ensure that every child has an opportunity to participate without families feeling overwhelmed financially. We truly appreciate everyone’s patience while we finalize these updated costs and payment arrangements!

Another MAJOR update:We will NO LONGER be holding official tryouts on Saturday, May 23rd. Instead, the ENTIRE WEEK OF CLINICS will now act as tryouts/placements! This allows our coaches more time to properly evaluate athletes, helps athletes feel more comfortable, and gives everyone multiple opportunities to showcase their skills throughout the week instead of in just one day.

Because of this change, Saturday, May 23rd will NOW be our TEAL REVEAL from 5:00PM-6:30PM! 💎⚡️This is one of our favorite traditions every season! Athletes will finally meet their teams, coaches, receive important information, schedules, and officially begin their Season 3 journey with Steel Athletics Cheer!

REMINDER:You may STILL register throughout the entire week of clinics! If you haven’t signed up yet, there is still time! We encourage everyone interested to come out, work hard, have fun, and become apart of something special.

We are beyond excited for this upcoming season and cannot wait to continue building this legacy with all of you. Thank you for the constant love, support, patience, and belief in our program. Season 3 is going to be something special! 🩵🖤
