Experiment!!!

Used some crappy steaks from Aldi. Wanted to see if I could make them good.

Seasoned with salt pepper and garlic powder and a bit of other stuff.

Smoked at 165 on super smoke for an hr

Then pan fried (reverse seared) in pan with olive oil for 90 secs on each side on medium high heat.

Finished with butter, sea salt, and parsley. Let sit for 3 minutes

Some of the best steaks I’ve had in years! And cheap!!
