🔥 EXCITING WEEKEND AHEAD! 🔥

Predators Metrics Day is coming up, with college coaches on hand to watch our athletes compete, test, and showcase their skills! 🥎💙

Our players will be put through a full slate of measurable testing:
⚡ 60-yard times
💪 Overhand velocity
💥 Exit velocity
🔥 Pitchers on Rapsodo — velocity & spin
🥎 Catcher pop times

Then we’ll finish the day with live scrimmages across all age levels, giving our athletes another opportunity to compete in front of college coaches.

This is what development is all about. Another organization-wide opportunity designed to give our players the tools, data, exposure, and resources they need to continue chasing the next level.

🔥 PREPARING FOR THE NEXT LEVEL! 🥎🎓

Last week, our players had an awesome opportunity to jump on a call with Micaela Kastor from Notre Dame ☘️ and soak up some firsthand knowledge about the college recruiting process!

We absolutely LOVED seeing our girls engaged, asking questions, picking her brain, and learning more about how to write recruiting emails, communicate with college coaches, make an impression, and build relationships throughout the recruiting process. 💪🏼

The goal is bigger than just developing softball players. We want to give our athletes the knowledge, tools, confidence, and opportunities to chase their goals and continue their journey to the NEXT LEVEL! 💯🔥

A HUGE thank you to Micaela for taking the time to share her experiences, answer every question, and continue giving back to the softball community. It means more than you know! 🙌🏼🥎

We want to give a huge shoutout to Grace Munley from our Pocono Predators 16U Elite team for coming out today and pitching to our 14U girls! 🙌🔥

Having the opportunity to see live pitching and get some quality at-bats in was exactly what the girls needed as we get ready for the season. We really appreciate Grace taking the time to come out and help them prepare! 💪🥎

One of the best parts of being a Predator is seeing our older players supporting and helping the younger girls coming up behind them. 💙🖤

Some of our girls had an awesome opportunity today to help Bucknell left-handed pitcher Nina Barrouk get ready for her sophomore campaign with some live reps! 🥎🔥

What an incredible experience for our players to step in against a Division I pitcher, compete, and get a look at the level they’re working toward.

Incredible work today, ladies! Keep competing, keep learning, and keep pushing yourselves! 💪🥎

Some of our girls spent the past two days showcasing their skills at the Maryland Black Ice Camps LLC with more than 30 colleges in attendance!

Day one gave them the opportunity to display their talent and athleticism, followed by competitive games on day two coached by college coaches.

It was an incredible experience as these athletes continue to gain recognition, make a name for themselves, and take important steps forward in their recruiting journeys. We’re incredibly proud of the way they represented themselves and Predators Fastpitch! More videos and highlights to come.
