Tonight’s Dinner on the Ranch presents Bison Steaks! We lightly marinated New York Strips with some large Sirloins and popped them “low and slow” on the grille. Served with roasted garlic squash, tomatoes, and mushroom risotto. Delicious!! 👅

Anyone else ever think their cows are drop dead Sexy? ♥️😏 Our replacement heifers are looking absolutely fantastic.. *Cattleman’s Hint: Pelvic testing makes all the difference in easy deliveries and ensuring mature heifers.* The winter weather definitely did not stop us from delivering excellent care to every single animal, despite the extra day-and-night effort in those frigid temperatures that was needed for these animals to survive and thrive.. The BVR Team rises to the Challenge! We sincerely love our animals.
