The Stormers entered tournament play at The Uprising, facing a very strong and competitive CT Flag team, an opponent they had previously met at a prior tournament. While the game didn’t end in the Stormers’ favor, the team delivered a much-improved performance from their first matchup, battling hard from start to finish. The Stormers showed great growth, determination, and resilience against one of the tournament’s toughest teams, ultimately falling by a score of 20–13. Plenty of positives to take away as they continue to build momentum throughout the tournament season. 💪🏈

The South Shore Stormers 11U arrived at The Uprise Tournament ready to compete and showed exactly what this team is built on—heart, grit, and determination.

Facing a talented and athletic Brockton squad, the Stormers answered every challenge with physical play, teamwork, and relentless effort. From start to finish, they battled hard and earned a well-deserved 29-17 victory.

This group continues to raise the bar, proving that hard work, discipline, and commitment pay off. The Stormers came to make a statement and show why they are the BEST IN THE SOUTH SHORE—and they did just that.

The South Shore Stormers 11U are headed to Dorchester for the Beantown Rebels Uprise 5v5 Tournament on June 14th! The boys kick off the day at 8:30 AM on Field 1 against the Northeast Dark Knights, then return at 9:30 AM on Field 3 to take on Brockton City Flag Football.

🏈 Game 2: vs. Brockton City Flag Football – 9:30 AM (Field 3)

🏈⚡ The South Shore Stormers U11 team is heading back to Boston this weekend to compete in The Uprise, hosted by the Beantown Rebels

As the season continues, every tournament is another opportunity to challenge ourselves against top competition, build on the progress we’ve made, and continue growing as a team. The hard work, commitment, and dedication these athletes have shown are beginning to pay off, and we’re excited to see them compete on another big stage.

We’re proud to represent the South Shore and look forward to continuing to build momentum as we chase our goals this season.

The South Shore Stormers logo represents the core values of our organization—strength, pride, and unity. The knight symbolizes courage, discipline, and the willingness to stand up for what is right, while the lightning reflects the energy and passion our players bring every day.

As we celebrate Pride Month, we recognize that our team is strongest when everyone feels welcome, respected, and valued. Football teaches us that success comes from working together, supporting one another, and embracing the unique qualities each person brings to the team.

South Shore Stormers U11 wrapped up Game 3 of the tournament in another hard-fought battle against a tough opponent that ultimately finished second place overall. The Stormers battled from start to finish and found themselves down by just one point at halftime, showing once again they could compete with anyone on the field.

The second half proved challenging, as a few struggles shifted momentum the other way. While the result wasn’t what we wanted, games like these become learning moments. Plenty for both the players and coaches to take away, improve on, and build from as we continue to grow. The work continues — bring the storm
