It was a successful week at Saratoga Summer Special Horse Show!
🏆Rafferty owned by Hollin Sutherland and ridden by Charlotte Deutsch were the combined JR/AO champions presented by Enviro Equine
✨Charlotte Deutsch was also Best Junior Rider on a Horse
🥇Pilou and Rachel Barnwell captured the win in the $10,000 All In One Jumper Classic
🥇Inola owned and ridden by Sarah Brooks won the $1,000 Non-Prob Hunter Derby
🥇Dondoctro Ryal K owned and ridden by Sherry Levin Wallach sped to the top of the combined JR/AM 1.05 Classic

Robert Lee rode to an impressive 1-2 finish in the $2,500 USHJA National Hunter Derby, taking the top two spots aboard Brook Run Farm LLC’s Bosun and Shane Pope’s Finch Hill, respectively.

Kiersten Scott delivered another standout performance in the Bainbridge Hunter Ring, capturing top honors in the $15,000 USHJA National Hunter Derby.

Scott is no stranger to the winner’s circle at Saratoga Horse Shows, having claimed numerous feature class victories over the years. On Thursday, Scott once again showcased her brilliance and consistency by claiming the top prize aboard Hannah Scheuer’s Copocabana and finishing second with Elizabeth Clarke’s In the Moment.

Scott has made Saratoga a regular stop on her summer schedule. “Everybody’s so accommodating. It’s very organized, the footing is prepared nicely, and the courses are beautiful and well thought out. It’s a great opportunity to show in nice company, in a nice atmosphere,” she said. Scott is already planning her return next year.

Makena Kandawire and Lux earned ninth place in the derby as the highest placing Junior/Amateur combination in a competitive field. In just their second year together, the pair made an impressive debut at the 3’3” height after moving up from the Children’s Hunters. Their performance proved they can hold their own against the seasoned professionals in the derby competition.

The women behind the scenes who make it all happen. 💗💪

The Saratoga Women in Business Spectacular came to a close Sunday. It was an incredible success, bringing together inspiring women, meaningful connections, and great competition.

🏆🥈Rindy Dominguez dominated the 3’3” Amateur Owner Hunters taking home the Championship and Grand Championship aboard Frosted as well as reserve aboard Chilled
🏆The Grand 3’6” Amatuer Owner Championship was awarded to Virtue ridden and owned by Melissa Jacobs
🏆Unlimited ridden and owned by Grier Van Rooyen were awarded the Grand Junior Hunter Championship
✨Grier was also Best Junior Rider on a Horse
🏆 Olivia Thompson rode Alis Volat Propriss PF, owned by Lotus Show Stables, to the Grand Children’s Hunter Championship
🏆 Arnaby Bo Devine, ridden and owned by Emily van Etten, won the Grand Pony Hunter Championship
🏆 Bevin Betzler and Quality Street jumped to the Grand Low Children’s/Adult Hunter Championship
✨ Marni Bogdanoff was named Best Junior Rider on a Pony
