This week has been a challenge with the heat to say the least! The cross country team managed to find different ways to get in a workout. The team has been running at Coach Figgins place this week. They have been on the roads getting in some miles and hills, through the fields and in the woods. They took on lots of hills this week, experienced a variety of terrain, and out ran bees. 🐝
Thanks to Evolve Gym in Effingham the team was able to cross train in the air conditioning. They also got in some swimming after their outdoor workouts 😊
We are back at it next week starting out with a meet at Sullivan!!

We finally have it!! This year’s theme is “Don’t Stomp Believin”!! We hope you like it as much as we do!! Race day is only 4 short months away! Time to get those tennis shoes out of the closet and laced up!! 🏃‍♀️❤️🏃🏼‍♂️

The store closes on the 30th and there is the option for coach pick up on your order. I , Coach Figgins, will pick up all the orders when they are complete and distribute them to each high school for pick up.
