Parents!

Pay attention to what Coach is saying. Things are going to be hard, things won't always go your athletes way, but it's okay to do hard things!

This isn't just a lesson in wrestling, but in life!

Due to the heat advisory and multiple kids being out of town wrestling at camp, we will not have practice tonight!

There are still ways to practice without having a heat stroke! Study your favorite wrestler. Take mental reps. Lastly, some push ups and sit ups never hurt anybody!

We will check back tomorrow and see how this heat is treating us!

NXT LVL Update!

We will not be doing Friday workouts for the remainder of the summer session. Use this time to train mentally and sharpen your skills off of the mat. ( As we have been going over at the end of practice)

On Tuesdays and Wednesdays we will continue learning, growing and competing, as we have done for months.

See you on the mats Tuesday!

NXT LVL Fam! Update!

Due to the extreme heat and the holiday weekend, we will not be having practice this week. The temperatures during practice time will be in the mid to upper 90s and we want everyone to have a safe and fun holiday weekend!

We will resume regular practice next week.
