Summer training starts tomorrow at The Lab. Martial Arts and Fitness ! We are so excited to get going for this session and make gains for the upcoming season!

Don't let lack of preparation be the reason you don't obtain your goals. Iron sharpens Iron so come train where the Iron is!

We are officially one week away from our summer training regiment! There is still time to join us and hone your skills on the mat! Don't let lack of preparation keep you from standing on the podium in March!

In Detroit supporting our guys at Motor City Fight Night!

The Lab. Martial Arts and Fitness is the only place to be if you're wanting to take yourself to the NXT LVL! Not only is it our home, but it is home to Ju Jit Su, Bang Muay Thai and many other fitness classes! This is the ONLY gym in the area that has Black belts, State Champions and the highest level of athletes / Coaches in SouthWest Michigan!

So join the others that came before you and train where the champions are!
