🎉 Celebrating Our Values! 🎉

Today we are recognizing our second values matter runner up winner from quarter one, Mariana Guerra! 🚀

Mariana, a party host at our Canadian sister company, iSaute Laval location, demonstrated exceptional dedication and empathy while hosting a birthday party for deaf guests. Despite the communication barriers, she fully immersed herself in making the celebration memorable by using gestures to explain the rules and even learning how to wish the guest of honor a 'happy birthday' in sign language. Her thoughtful efforts created a warm and inclusive atmosphere, making the event truly special for everyone. Mariana's actions reflect true compassion and inclusion.

🎉 It's time to celebrate! 🎉

Today we are shouting out our Quarter 1 Values Matter runner up winner from our Flight Adventure Park - Jacksonville park, Audrey Howard! 🚀

Audrey discovered last minute that her party Guest was deaf and only spoke American Sign Language. Audrey wanted to make the Guest's party personalized and EPIC so she began writing things down on a piece of paper to communicate. She also learned how to sign our special Golden Ticket birthday song within minutes of practicing. The child and the child’s mom were grateful because they felt the compassion and support from Audrey.

🎉 Congratulations! 🎉

Our Values are aspirational, and they are important. Highlighting and celebrating these acts allow us all to dig deeper within ourselves and become better Team Members, colleagues, and friends of consequence within the communities that we serve.

For this year, we decided upon a different structure which allows more team members to be acknowledged for living out our values. Every quarter there will be two winners from either our field or support center and we will also have two runners-up that we will also congratulate and acknowledge on our social media channels on future posts.

With that said, it's time to reveal our Q1 winners for 2024.

🚀 William Reese: Flight Adventure Park - Bakersfield 🚀

William demonstrated all of our Values when he persevered doing his Golden Ticket birthday chant. William often struggles with public speaking. Despite this, William was able to complete the Golden Ticket chant very effectively and efficiently. The General Manager, Hansel, understood that was a struggle for William to do, so he offered to do it for William. However, William stayed strong and decided to still complete his Golden Ticket without any additional help!

🚀 Daquan Brunson: Flight Adventure Park - Charleston 🚀

Daquan discovered that a Guest left behind $500 cash after jumping. That is a large amount of money that easily could have been pocketed and kept but Daquan showed he was accountable and immediately turned it in. This showed his honesty and accountability.
