Many of you know coach Mike DePalma from being a clinician at TOP's camps and as a GMU coach. He also runs a youth and HS club for wrestlers who want to go to the next level.

Tomorrow at Independence HS. Free "Introduction to Wrestling" clinic for ages 11-14. No RSVP needed; just enter at Door D2 (side of building closest to football stadium). 2-3:30 pm.

Next Sunday (October 20), there is a free "Introduction to Wrestling" clinic at Independence High School in Ashburn. Great way for boys and girls (5th-8th grade) to see what wrestling is about. 2:00-3:30 pm. Enter at Door D-2 (side of building closest to football stadium). Gym clothes are fine (no belts, zippers, jewelry). RSVP not necessary. Participants will watch an exhibition match, learn about scoring and rules, and actually get to wrestle!

Congrats to Olympic Bronze Medalist Kyle Dake! What a gritty finish to claim the bronze. We were thrilled when Kyle stopped by TOP to work out shortly after we opened our first facility. Hoping he decides to continue wrestling!
