Crystal Laiti: The Motivating Fit Mom I am first and foremost a wife and mother to my 4 beautiful children. I'm also a health and fitness lifestyle coach, helping other women reach their goals!

After having 3 children, my life suddenly revolved around everyone's needs and wants, but my own. A workout for me, consisted of carrying laundry baskets up and down the stairs and sweeping up cheerios! Now don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE being a mother and wouldn't change it for the world, but it's easy to lose yourself and lose sight of some of your own goals as a busy mother. That's why I

am so blessed to have found Beachbody and all the amazing people who have come along with it! I got in the best shape of my life after my 3rd child, doing Shaun T's Focus T25 workout and drinking Shakeology once a day! It gave me back the energy, confidence and sense of achievement that I had been missing for so long! And not to mention, the career opportunity that Beachbody provides, has given my family and I some extra money to help contribute to the steady stream of bills coming in. I love it, because I'm able to still stay at home and see my children grow up, while also contributing financially, taking some of the stresses off of my husband. 5 WAYS TO RELIEVE STRESS & REFUEL YOUR ENERGY:

1. Mindfulness and meditation - live in the present moment

2. Hobbies - do things you enjoy that bring you peace and happiness

*3. Physical Health - eat healthy and workout

4. Keep a GRATITUDE journal

5. Make sure you're getting at least 8 hours of sleep. If that's not possible, try taking breaks throughout the day.

WELCOME FRIENDS! It's been a while since I've posted over here, so wanted to sorta re-introduce myself with 5 FuN Things You May Not Know About Me: ๐ŸŽ‰

1. I grew up as a hardcore gymnast (got to level 9) and then made the switch to cheerleading in 9th grade and went on to cheer in college!! Go HOKIES!! (Definitely has to do with my love of fitness and the challenge of working out regularly! ๐Ÿ’ช)

2. Growing up, I always wanted to be an elementary school teacher because I LOVED working with kids and wanted summers off! ๐Ÿ˜Ž

3. I've got 5 kids (2, 6, 8, 10, 12) and am a SAHM (so it seems I've still fulfilled my love of working with kids and having summers off!!) ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘Œ

4. If I could live anywhere, it would probably be in Florida, somewhere near the beach!! Sunshine, warm weather, the salty ocean breeze and sand between my toes just makes me happy!! ๐ŸŒŠ๐ŸŒžโ™ฅ๏ธ

5. Shopping, cleaning & exercising are my stress relievers!! Coming from someone who has experienced anxiety and panic attacks in the past... These 3 things help me calm down and take my mind off things!

As some of you may know, I gave up sugar for the ๐™š๐™ฃ๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ง๐™š ๐™ข๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™ฉ๐™ of June and I felt ๐™–๐™ข๐™–๐™ฏ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ!! โฃ

It was ๐˜•๐˜– ๐˜Œ๐˜ˆ๐˜š๐˜  ๐˜›๐˜ˆ๐˜š๐˜’ for this mama who has "๐™จ๐™š๐™˜๐™ง๐™š๐™ฉ ๐™˜๐™–๐™ฃ๐™™๐™ฎ ๐™จ๐™ฉ๐™–๐™จ๐™๐™š๐™จ" all over the house, but the ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐˜๐˜€ definitely out-weighed the cravings! ๐Ÿ˜ฌ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธโฃ

I don't know about you guys, but summer is that time where my routine is totally out of whack!

I've been slacking on my workout routine, clean eating and meal planning and to be totally honest, I can SEE & FEEL the consequences!!

So I am taking baby steps to get back into a healthier routine and drinking warm lemon water when I wake up is my step 1!

If anyone wants to join me next time, let me know!! We did a 1 hour fitness bootcamp (in an actual brewery!!) and then got to have a beer afterward for our hard work!! So much fun (and so sore today!) Loved it!
