Pyramid! 🏋Do each set of reps to the top of the pyramid and then back down.
1️⃣ Squats: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, then work your way down to 10.
2️⃣ Bicep Curls: 5, 10, 15, 20, then work your way back down to 5.
