The Sox fell short against the esteemed Backyard Ballers team from Houston in Game 1 of bracket play at the Omaha World Series. I am exceedingly proud of the boys' accomplishments this year and hopeful that they garnered valuable experience to carry into their high school careers.

Thank you to every sponsor, parent, family and friends and most importantly these young men, we wouldn’t have been able to do this without y’all!

A huge thank you to Coach Brandon Driskill for the dedication and knowledge given to these boys.

For those headed home, travel safe. For those staying, enjoy an extra day of vacation.

Not the outcome we hoped for today. Sox-Wood fought back, but just couldn’t close it out on top. Back to the grind—we’ll hit practice hard and get ready for the next tournament in a few weeks.

🏆💥Stephenville SOX 14u-Wood was back in action this weekend at the Next Level Challenge Tournament in Gatesville. They ended the day 2-0 and are heading into bracket play as the 1 seed. Bring on Sunday Funday….

Got that GOLD in Decatur! 🏆 Started as the #4 seed, took down the #1 seed 12-3, and finished strong with a 7-3 win over the #2 seed in the Championship! So proud of these boys this weekend! 💙💛
