An ingenious simple ventilator created by an engineer from my alma-mater. The ventilator can be made from simple materials. A person in any country could purchase the materials from the local hardware store and build several for the local hospital. Well, almost that easy.

A team in MSU's College of Engineering built a ventilator prototype – the first of its kind – which can be assembled with high volume, in-stock materials and without advanced engineering training.
